Big purchase!

Usually when people ask me what we're doing over the weekend, I reply with, "oh, just hanging out...nothing special." I think we're pretty boring people most of the time and enjoy walking, hiking, or watching movies. It's not all that interesting stuff.

Well, this weekend we went shopping for a new car and we bought one today! We went to Tempe Honda with our hearts set on a Honda Fit, but ended up with the Honda Element instead. I can honestly say that I have called this vehicle ugly and hideous when seeing it on the street, but once we got it in and saw all of its features... well, let's just say it was a match made in heaven! Michael and I both love it. The first picture is from the Honda website, but the rest are from our camera.

(Oh, before you see the pictures, I should mention, since this IS a fitness blog and all, that I had a great workout yesterday with Michael and an easy workout today. I took Nikki for a 2 mile walk but did 100 lunges with each leg while we were out and about. It was pretty perfect. Okay, back to the car...)
















The seats fold up to the sides (or you can take them out completely) so you can transport just about anything AKA mountain bikes!).
