Week 8, Day 53 - CrossFit x 2

Is it just be, or is Kobe totally foxy in this fricken commercial??? Damn... It's almost making me want to go buy Guitar Hero. I'm pretty sure this one is directed toward the female market.
But don't worry, they also have this one for men. In fact, I might not buy Guitar Hero or "release my inner rockstar" as a result, but I might go bi.

Sooo... I worked out today... like duh, I bet you already knew that.
I did TWO Crossfit workouts! "Annie" and "Karen" and it was quick, but intense and yet a full-body workout.
Annie was 50-40-30-20-10 of "double unders" with a jump rope and sit-ups. Here's the deal though, this homegirl can't do a damn double-under to save her life. Instead, I gave myself some pretty special whiplash burns on my legs trying. Maybe this should be my goal and not doing a pull-up because this just makes me feel totally uncoordinated. So, if you can't do a double-under, then you have to do twice as many regular jumps w/ the jump rope so my "annie" looked like this:
100 jumps
50 sit-ups
80 jumps
40 sit-ups
60 jumps
30 sit-ups
40 jumps
20 sit-ups
20 jumps
10 sit-ups
My total time for this was 6:29. Like I said, quick, but intense because you don't stop.
Then I did "Karen" which was, simply, 150 wall-balls. A wall ball is where you stand about one foot away from the wall and from the squat position, throw a ball up about 10-15 feet to hit the wall. It bounces back and as you catch it, you go down to the squat position and repeat the motion. You can imagine doing 150 of these is pretty tough. I think I did about 55 before stopping to break, then I got to 90, then I finished with 30 and 30 more. My legs were shaking toward the end but it was awesome! My total time for 150 wallballs was 6:32.
Total workout time = just over 12 minutes of PURE FUN!
But, if you don't want to do CrossFit, you could always do this workout:
(I'm not sure if I should feel bad for him or if I should be encouraged)

I actually think the one with Heidi Klum is more entertaining. Not sure why.
I like how stud muffing there (check out the shirt) has to pick his underwear out of his crotch at about a minute in due to his intense cricket move.
By the way, your workouts sound way more intense.
