Don't have a good title

I'm not feeling very creative... or long-winded.

I did a treadmill workout tonight after work. Same one you've already heard about- 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off - 8 rounds at a 12% incline.

The only difference is I usually do this at 6.0 on the treadmill but today, I did it at 6.6 mph.

It sucked.

Then I maxed out on deadlifts. One rep max times seven.

Only I don't know how much I ended up doing b/c Michael jotted it down in his phone.

And he's at work.

But I did it. I swear. You have to believe me.

I know the heaviest I did was 180 pounds.

That's about it folks.

I don't think I've ever done a deadlift in my life. No wait, that's not true. I took weight lifting in college and I think I "had" to do them then. So, I revise my statement: I haven't done a deadlift since college.
