Maxed out

Holy crap, thank HEAVENS tomorrow is FRIDAY! I need it to be Friday so bad!

Just one of those weeks, nothing majorly wrong.

I headed to the gym tonight and did some upper body strengthening. I wanted to max out on pull-ups...after all, I have a 2009 resolution to do one of those nasty little things all by my grown-up self!

I ended up doing 3 pull-ups on level 6 assistance, 3 at level 7 and then four at level 8. This is better than last time I tried this when I could only do 1 pull-up on level 6. So, I'm making improvements! Wahoo!

From there, I did a max rep of push-ups. I did them non-modified and I just tried to do as many as I could without stopping. Mind you, I had just finished maxing out on pull-ups, so I like to think I might have been able to do a couple more, but I did 22.

Not a heavy cardio day but it was still a good night nonetheless.

Yay... It IS Friday and I am sooo excited! Plus, it's payday, what could be better! LOL.
