New Max = 25!!!

Today, I had an AWESOME workout. I'm still on a high and it was hours ago.
I did 5 rounds of 5 pull-ups- UNassisted!!!
That's 25 pull-ups!
The most I completed before today was 12, so I more than doubled my max number of pull-ups!
After each round of 5 pull-ups, I did 10 reps of practice kips. My hands are killing me-

Michael took a video of me while doing one round of the pull-ups and we came home and made it look all cool by adding a title, some music, and a fade out at the end.
My house never did get the good, thorough cleaning I was planning on giving it this weekend. But I did do 25 kipping pull-ups so at least something was accomplished!

Holy sh!t. That is all I have to say about that.
Kelsa, the video is awesome! I can't believe you can do that many pull-ups! 3 days a week, I do pull-ups (close-grip, wide-grip, and reverse) and I have yet to be able to do more than one at a time without assistance. GO YOU!! Also, had a question - why can't you run anymore? Injury? Just curious.
