21 kettlebell swings (26#kb)
12 handstand push-ups (feet on the bar)
Total time = 11:09
Fun. Fun.
***UPDATE- it's now Tuesday morning (the day after the above WOD) and my hip and knee are really hurting. They're both very stiff and achy; with every step I feel them both. I guess sprinting 3/4 mile was a bad idea. Argh.
