Today was a rest day for CrossFit.
Hells yeah!
My legs needed the day off.
Plus, Housewives of New Jersey AND Tori and Dean in one night????? What a lucky gal I am!! I love all the Housewives, especially the New York ladies and now New Jersey too!
After reading along for 398 KELSALYNNFITLOG blog posts, you probably know me pretty well. So you know I get bored easily hence the background change. Hopefully you've learned to expect it every other week or so...

You've written almost 400 blog posts? Holy crap. I'm still hovering in the low 200s. You now officially kick my ass at weightlifting, running and writing. I just can't keep up with you!
