30 seconds jump rope
30 seconds sit-ups
Quick 10-minute workout. I couldn't do double unders to save my life again. oh well. Fricken double unders. Those things are stupid anyway. :-P
Tuesday:
7 x 1 reps of a push press
My 3 rep max is 75 so I was shooting for a 1-rep max of 85. Here's how I did:

I felt strong again this morning. I was really close to getting the 95 up. I should have kept trying (or I should have let out a loud GRUNT- that works for some people) but I'll get it next time.
The past few days, I've had a hard time with my body temperature. If I were older, I would say I was going through menopause. I'm soooo hot lately. Like just sitting on the couch, A/C is set to what it's normally at, and yet I'm ROASTING! I've been having trouble sleeping b/c I wake up sweating. I know it's August and we live in Arizona, but I really don't think it's that. It's more internal than external. Any thoughts?

It's VERY UNLIKELY.
I am like that all the time and now I am seeing Evan is like that!! We are either hot or cold...extremes!!!
I think it has got to have something to do with the 140 degree temps. Drink lots of cold water? Back off your workouts? Stay cool.
