Cardio-day- 4 minute "sprints" (intense) x 4- first 1/2 mile on the treadmill, then the stairmill (level 10-12), the bike (level 10) and then finishing with a final 1/2 mile sprint.
Tuesday
CFF (Football), CrossFit Main site rest day-
4 rounds:
21 kb swings
21 captain's chair knees to elbows
21 double under (approx 50 jump ropes)
Time? 11:03
