I headed to the gym this morning and did Elizabeth:
21-15-9 reps
55# clean
42-30-18 reps
tricep dipson the bench

I can't do ring dips, so the substitute is 2x the number of reps in dips on a bench so that's what I did. The last time I did this was April 30th and my time was 9:24. I blogged about how I could only get through 3 cleans at a time toward the end because I was so exhausted.

This time around- my time was 6:48!!! Huge improvement! I got a lot faster and I was able to do the last set of 9 cleans without setting the weight down. It's definitely time to up the weights on this workout. How exciting!

Onto debt--- big day today! I sent a whopping $2,150 to my last POS loan! Oh man, the month of September could not go by fast enough.

AMT REMAINING = $2,537.99

PAID OFF = 96%!!

TOTAL AMT PAID = $58,414.76
