Tough workout-
Run 1/4 mile (approx 2:07 or 7.5 mph on thrill mill)
25 burpees
Run 1/4 mile
25 burpees
Bike for 2:10
25 burpees
Run 1/4 mile
25 burpees
Run 1/4 mile
25 burpees
Bike 2:10
25 burpees
Total = 1.0 miles running/sprinting, 4 minutes biking, and 150 burpees = 31:22!
The burpees were with jumps at the end...after about 100 of them, I swear I was jumping with all my might but probably not coming two inches off the ground.
Today feels like a Monday... I'm going to have to remind myself all day that it's not Monday.
