Workouts

Since I barely worked out this past week due to my job being completely ape shit crazy, I'm officially one week behind on the CrossFit workouts.
I'm going to take advantage of this and begin planning my workouts for the coming week. Normally you don't know what the WOD is until the night before, so it makes planning a little difficult. Since I am now back to biking to work, planning is critical.
Every Sunday I'll post my intended workouts for the week on my sidebar- you can see them there now.
I'm still not entirely sure how Tuesday is going to work. I am volunteering at a golf tournament and I have to be there at 6:30 AM. I am hoping I'll get done a little earlier in the day but I'm not sure and won't really know until that day. It may end up being a bust, we'll just have to see.
