long day, quick post

It's 7:45 PM. I just got home from work about 10 minutes ago.

It's been one of those days. Considering that I wake up at 4:45, leave for the gym at 5:45, and get to work by 7-7:30, it's been a long day. I'm pooped.

And to top it off...

99.9% of the time, we go grocery shopping on Sunday nights. Well, last night I didn't feel like it so I foolishly said, "I'll go tomorrow night."

So, after the long day I described above, I'm going to eat very quickly then head to the grocery store- oh joy. I should have gone last night, that was stupid of me.

Before I do anything though, I need to peel my contacts from my eyeballs...

Here's my workout from this morning:

4 rounds-
3 snatch (45#)
15 overhead squats (45#)
400m run

Time = 25:36

I only did 4 rounds by accident. I thought the WOD called for 4 rounds and it wasn't until I got to work and pulled up this blog that I realized I skipped the 5th round. Oh well, it was still a kick ass workout.

I am with you regarding contacts. I too peeled mine from my eyes when I got home today. And it felt pretty darn good.

Ah, yes, the "I'll go tomorrow". Bah! That one gets me every single time.
