Mmmm

By now you've seen the updates I made to the blog, but did you notice the new link I've added just above my picture- "Recipes"?

We're all in trouble because Kelsalynn is expanding! Eeek!

One of the things I set forth to do during my week off (aka staycation) is clarify a few goals I have. More to come on all of that much later, but one of my goals could be easily implemented so I'm going for it!

I've created a new blog specifically for recipe-sharing! As you know, Michael and I started eating according to the Zone diet a while ago and it's become our way of life. It's not a "diet"... it's simply the way we eat.

We've learned the importance of using food to fuel our bodies and I want to share what we've learned and hopefully gain some ideas from others.

I will be posting my first recipe very soon! Please take a look and let me know what you think!

you new site layout, pics, and all that look amazing! I like the idea of adding the recipe section too- not that i have anywhere near the patience (or time to read labels at the store!) to do zone, but I like the idea!

I love that you're going to be sharing your recipes and eating tips. I think the best health and fitness advice comes from friends and family living it. I try to share recipes I really love - I'm not always good about it, but I try to remember when something is really good.

I have no doubt I'll attempt to make some of the recipes you post. What a great addition to your alreday great blog.

Disclaimer- I'm no expert. Far from it in fact. I don't necessarily recommend any of the things I'm doing that I blog about... those things are for you and a professional to decide for yourself. I try to make smart choices both financially and physically and this blog is simply my experiences as those attempts are made.
