I worked out! I worked out!

yes, I'm screaming from the roof tops- I worked out this morning!

Wahoo!

I'm proud of myself because I've been seriously lacking routine since Thanksgiving so my workouts have been sporadic. I did Michael's leg workout from the 16th. I'm about a week behind! LOL! I really want to start doing his workouts more religiously because so far, I've enjoyed them all, but again, I'm lacking routine so getting to the gym is tough.

The workout called for:
6 rounds of 8 reps each-
+overhead squat (no weight, just tried to use and maintain perfect form)
+one-legged deadlift- probably my FAVORITIST exercise right now, I just love it!
+Step ups

I used a 20# dumbbell for the one legged squats and after 3 rounds, it was definitely tough.

We leave tomorrow evening or Thursday morning for California until Sunday. I probably won't blog a whole lot during that time.  Well, I take that back because I will very likely fund our Emergency Savings to 100% this weekend so I'll update when that happens!

Until then,
Kelsalynn
