Stayin' Alive! Stayin' Alive!

Make sure you sing the title of this post... now you will have that song in your head ALLLL day long! (insert evil laugh here)
I'm pretty much writing to say I have nothing to write about. No lie. How cool is that?
I haven't posted since Monday. I did work out one day, did the FITR workout "push"... but only once! I haven't done any CrossFit, any knitting, any cleaning. Blogging isn't the only thing I haven't been motivated to do lately, as you can see.
At that's exactly what it comes down to- motivation. Michael is feeling the same way, so maybe it's just the weather. It's dark when I get to work and dark when I leave work. So I've been feeling nothing but tired. Because I don't have a car, I can't leave over lunch so I sit inside and eat. It's too cold to sit outside at the picnic table.
In one sense, I feel guilty for not wanting to do anything. But on the other hand, I know this is just temporary and I need to not make a big deal out of it.
Anyone else feeling "blah" this time of year b/c of the weather? Another reason?
My in-laws arrive this weekend for 15 days... yikes. Wish me luck...

15 days! Yikes! GOOD LUCK! I don't even know if I could handle 15 days with my family all together. LOL! :)
I am kind of feeling the blahs too, since it has been below zero here this week and I've had a lot to do to prepare for this christmas party... so I am whiped out!
Tiz the time of year. On days it's sunny (not even nice, just sunny) I try to bundle up and be outside as much as humanly possible.
This time of year is always either "blah" or "yikes". There never seems to be a happy medium. But this too shall pass.
I think it's the time of year for low mojo because I have had a serious case of it all week!
Seriously, 15 days?! Whatever will you do? Don't worry about the motivation, it will come back around. Sometimes we need a little break from the fast-lane anyway. Hope you're doing well!!!
I know this is like the third or fourth post down, but I had to comment on this one. 15 days? :O I can feel your pain. Hang in there!
I think it's very commong to lose motivation this time of year with the short days. But in a couple of days we are at the solstice which means the days will start getting longer!
You deserve a little break, so don't sweat it.
Happy Holidays K!! :)
