...

wait for it...

Kelsalynn made it back to the gym!!

Mark this day on the calendars! After a two and a half week haitus of exercising, I made it to the gym today.

And it felt good.

Hopefully I can make it a two-day streak. A girl has to have goals right?

Here's what went down:
12 dumbbell bench press (20#)
superset with
12 modified push ups

repeat

12 dumbbell shoulder press (15#)

repeat

12 tricep dips on level 12

repeat

then interval training:
5 burpees
10 jumping jacks
15 wall balls (11#)
repeat with no rest

As you can see, all of these are upper body pushing motions. In a few days, I'll do all pulls. It doesn't look that hard, but it was perfect for my first day back in a while. I recommend this workout if you're at the gym and not sure what to do.

Michael gets paid today and this is the first of a few paychecks that won't be his normal amount. We're budgeting that his check will be around $1,250 but I'm really crossing my fingers that it comes in higher than that.

Keep you posted of course.

Until tomorrow,
Kelsalynn
