Typical evening dinner...

My eating today was perfect.
Breakfast- smoothie
Snack- yogurt/protein powder/raisins
Lunch- chili (leftovers)
Snack- deli turkey and carrots
Dinner- Ham, veggies, pineapple, and pear
Snack- Apple, string cheese, peanut butter

Congrats on being Debt Free! I have been MIA for a bit but just posted an updated blog. Also, congrats on your awesome looking EF!
I really need to start eating healthy again. I was on a raw food diet for a while and never felt better. But you really have to plan your meals to stay on top of that. I may try implementing it again because I hate feeling stuffed and bloated.
Good for you. Love a good smoothie for breakfast! I'll have to find it, but I have a really good recipe for a green smoothie with like 12 different ingredients in it.
