I finally feel like I'm back to my old self. Not quite 100%, but pretty darn close.

I'm excited to go to the gym tonight to do Michael's FITR workout of the day. Did you see what it is?

Reverse Mini-Triathlon GYM-STYLE!
10 Minute Run
10 Minute Bike
10 Minute Swim

Keep track of how far you go in each category. Sounds like fun right?

Sadly my gym doesn't have a pool :( I'd have to drive across town and pay a separate fee to go to the pool. I think I'm going to look up some of the workouts I've missed and do it instead.

Oh man! I wish I had time to do that today! That's exactly what I need!

Thanks for the info regarding tabs... I will have to look into that. I wouldn't mind changing my template!

Makes sense to end with the swim and then hit the showers! And, I could probably actually handle tene minutes of swimming. Maybe.
