I finally feel like I'm back to my old self. Not quite 100%, but pretty darn close.
I'm excited to go to the gym tonight to do Michael's FITR workout of the day. Did you see what it is?

10 Minute Bike
10 Minute Swim

Sadly my gym doesn't have a pool :( I'd have to drive across town and pay a separate fee to go to the pool. I think I'm going to look up some of the workouts I've missed and do it instead.
Oh man! I wish I had time to do that today! That's exactly what I need!

Makes sense to end with the swim and then hit the showers! And, I could probably actually handle tene minutes of swimming. Maybe.
