Holy Hard and Holy Fun

3rd post of the day! YIPPY! This is just for you Lexi! : P
Granted, my first post of the day was at 5:35 AM and was pretty short- it simply stated that I was excited for tonight's workout.
Then I got home from work, had about an hour to kill, and since it's almost February 1st, I thought posting our budget seemed like a good idea.
Now I'm home from my workout and just wanted to blog about it.
Because.it.fricken.rocked.
Okay, it sucked in a lot of ways, but I loved it. I did the reverse triathlon- 10 minutes of running, 10 minutes of biking, 10 minutes of swimming.
Jess, you're not the only one that stinks at swimming. It was soooo hard! I think they will need to replenish some water because I guzzled a lot of it and not on purpose.
Here's how I did:
Running - 1.1 mile
Biking - 3.55 miles
Swimming - 6 laps (Michael says this means 300 meters, or .18 miles)
If your gym has a pool, this really is a fun and challenging workout. Give it a shot!
Until tomorrow, (or maybe I should change this to "until later" since I might post another one- you never know!)
