Pull my finger...

>> Friday, January 8, 2010

haha, just kidding, don't pull my finger... but I did do the pull workout today from FITR.

It's funny, I LOVE the pull workouts so much more than the push! Isn't that a bit bizarre? I have no idea why...

Here's what I did:

2 sets of 12 reps of each exercise
Seated narrow grip cable row (30#)

Assisted Pull up (level 12)
Seated cable row wide grip (20#)
Wide grip lat pull down (65#)

I feel like this workout really works your back and I mean, what woman doesn't want a sexy back?

Last night was a loooooooooong night at the office. I didn't get home until 7:55 PM. I had a killer headache, neckache, and backache from sitting in the same position and working on the same report all afternoon and evening long. So, another long night this week. I really need the weekend, although it's going to be busy too.

Tonight we're playing poker with a bunch of friends.
Tomorrow morning I have my first piano lesson (YAY!).
Tomorrow evening we're hanging out with friends and going to see Avatar at the IMAX in 3D.
Sunday morning we have Michael's bootcamp.
Sunday afternoon/evening I guess will be left for errands and cleaning.

*sigh*

busy week and a busy weekend, bummer. Hopefully you get to do SOME relaxing in there!

I really admire your work ethic, Kelsa. Your determination to work until it's done just blows my mind. Bravo you. But take care of yourself and try to relax a little (though I count piano lessons and a movie relaxing - poker counts too).

Nice workout! Way to get your Sexy Back (get it? Like the song? I'm so lame!)

Sounds like a real fun weekend! Goodluck on the piano lesson!
