Shopping is so much fun!

I spent the last of my Christmas money on a trip to The Limited today! I had a gift card there plus some cash but even then, I still spent $100 over that.  Oops.

I have to wear a suit everyday to work. I've worn the same black pant suit for over 5 years! Do any of you remember the store Casual Corner or Petite Sophisticate? They went out of business years ago and that's where I got my black suit!

Needless to say, it was time for a new one. I noticed this past week that I've burned holes into the elbows of the jacket from normal wear and tear. It lasted me a long time (and still fit, so that's good) but it was definitely time for a new one!

I'm happy to report I got a 3-piece set including a skirt, pants, and jacket! They're even hemming the pants for free for me! How cool is that?  One thing I learned today about The Limited black suit collection is that every year they change the style of pants or jackets but they use the same fabric year over year so your pieces always match. That's one thing I love because each year I can add a piece and the blacks will match!

Here's the first outfit- the skirt with a cute leopard print blouse and a little sweater over it.

And here's the 2nd- the pants with the jacket plus a little sweater vest that I also bought!

You'll have to excuse the pictures once again. Our camera is broken so we've been using our phone.
