Has it finally happened?

Has our beater of a car finally died for good?

Michael just called. He left work at 12:30 as normal on Tuesdays but only got 1 block and the car would not accelerate. He was able to coast into a nearby parking lot where he's currently sitting.

A friend of ours is going to take a look at it. Keep your fingers crossed!

I remember reading that once you have an emergency fund in place, things are no longer "emergencies", they're simply inconveniences. Let's hope that's the case here.

Peace out,
Kelsalynn

The good news is that's why you put the emergency fund together... even though I know you'll hate to tap into it if necessary. I hope everything works out!

YAY for emergency funds! But, BOO for having to use them! HA!

I hope everything is going okay with the car and that it is only a minor inconvenience (I like that phrase!) :)
