Thank you for the good luck wishes in response to my last post.
We went out again today and loved the first place we saw. It's in the same community as the house we wanted yesterday, just a different model. In fact, we like this layout even better! I should have known yesterday that things happen for a reason... that house yesterday would have been great, but it didn't work out and now we found one we like even better!
It's hard to remember when things don't go as planned that things really do happen for a reason.
We submitted our application and should know mid week if they accepted it. So, we're not exactly home free yet but a lot closer than last night.

YAY! isn't it funny how these things happen, i remember such similar things from when we were house hunting back in michigan....house of our dreams bought out from under us- only to find an even BETTER house later on. so glad you found some place you like!
