I agree. Very cool. The fact that she was singing the whole time was even more impressive! Definitely my favorite of the night!

I have to agree it is an impressive preformance. However, when I saw it I couldn't help but say, "Man, I guess just singing isn't good enough anymore." And I think it's a little sad that the artists voices and words get a little lost in the theatrics of it all. When really if the music is worthy of a grammy it should be able to stand on its own, sans sideshow.

I totally agree with you that so many of the people in the entertainment business - particularly music - use their performances as a crutch or distraction to their lack of talent. And, a lot should be said about those that can simply sing in front of a mic and captivate their audience.

However, I was pleasantly surprised in this particular instance of the genre of music that Pink selected to perform. I did not know that she could actually sing! I just thought she was another angry girl "singer" - which makes for great workout music, at least!! ;)
