Afterall, that's what this blog is about right?
First things first, tonight's workout-
Holy Hard.
PULL
6 sets of 4 reps
Pull-ups (all unassisted!)
superset with
Dumbbell bentover rows (25#)
Wide grip lat pulldown (70#)
superset with
Narrow grip cable row (70#)
I also got my 16 burpees in today! JAM! I did them as my warm-up to the workout above which actually worked nicely.
As for finances, I sent another $1,583.14 to our new car fund today. Our total is $4,118.19 or 41.18% of our $10,000 goal.
I need to do some serious budgeting this weekend to see where we're at with our spending for the month. I think we've underspent in a lot of categories so I need to figure out how much more I can send to our new car savings.
Expect an update on that in a few days.
I have 3 days off work- Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I have not taken time off in a long time and I'm definitely looking forward to it. I have a friend flying in from Michigan so she'll be here the whole time, but she's always been the type of gal who likes to relax so I think it will be nice to have her.
