I couldn't think of a good blog post so "Hi" is all you get.
I got my 8 burpees done today, I actually did them as my warm-up to my leg workout.
Thank you for all the comments on my last post- most of you thought perhaps I should do my burpees in the morning. While I think that's a great idea in theory, I know myself too well to know that's not going to happen. I'm not one of those people that runs around like crazy frantic in the mornings to get ready, but I am very systematic. I'm also not really awake until I get out of the shower but once I'm out of the shower, I don't want to get sweaty again by doing burpees. See my dilemma?
But, I'm becoming aware that as the number of burpees I'm required to do climbs, I'll have to do some in the morning, some in the afternoon, some in high heels at the office, and some at night. I'll be doing burpees all day long just to fit them in!
I'm 8 days in and only forgot once so I think I'm good. We'll see how it continues.
Here's my leg workout from tonight-
4 rounds of 4 reps
Back Squat: 115
Suitcase Deadlift: 40#
4 trips of 100 ft lunges
