I do love the taste of jell-o, but I'm actually referring to the state of my legs are tonight's workout. Holy crap.

4 rounds of 10 reps:
Front Squats - 65#

10 kettlebell swings (1-35#, 2-4, 40#)
superset with
15 seconds of split lunge-jump thingees

Split Squats - 45# (bar only)

I couldn't even do the last round of split squats. That's right, I only did 3 sets of 10, not 4. I'm a quitter, whatcha gonna do 'bout it?

And now I'm off to do 29 burpees. OH JOY!
:-P

(By the way, the garage door worked when I came home tonight. And it worked again when I left for the gym and returned. I swear, it's playing this cruel joke on me. I can hear it laughing now.)
