What's up my blogger peeps?
I'm checking in to say I had an awesome leg workout last night.
Front squats 85# 6 rounds of 2 reps
superset with
30 seconds of body weight squats (reps each round = 19, 20, 17, 19, 18, 19)
Deadlifts 165# 6 rounds of 2 reps
superset with
10 hamstring curls on the ball
Split squats 45#
superset with
20 seconds of tuck jumps (reps each round = 9, 11, 10, 12, 13, 15)
My quads are sore today!
Anyone out there doing the burpee challenge with me? I haven't done two for today yet so I'll do those soon...but if you haven't started, you still can! You just have to do 3 burpees today to make up for yesterday's 1 rep!
