I go an entire week without a blog post and then today, I post twice... what's my deal?


I just got back from the gym and it was a doozy. For starters, I think I had 3 cups of coffee this morning and no water so that was pretty dumb. For seconds, it was my first workout in a week. And finally, I did squat cleans which I did not do last time.

Regardless, "Elizabeth" totally owned me this time around. Fricken hoochie. I almost puked because of her...

Here's what I did-
21-15-9 reps of
65# squat cleans
ring dips (modified)

Time = 13:00 flat.

I did this workout way back in October (8 months ago) and had a time of 9:52...but again, I got all the way into the squat today and I didn't do that before.

Either way, it felt good getting back to the gym.

Did you guys see Blogger has new design templates available? I'll probably be playing around with them so my blog looks a little funky, that's probably why!

Nice workout!

I have been playing around with my layout as well.. it's still a work in progress!
