Getting edumacated

I learned something new today..."MetCon" stands for Metabolic Conditioning. So when I'm about to die from a workout and I'm dripping in sweat, it's probably because of "MetCon."
Tonight was definitely one of those nights.
I also learned that if you eat like shit during the day, your "MetCon" (see above) will likely suck. And sure enough, it mostly definitely did. I went to lunch with a coworker today although I should not have. I packed a lunch and everything, I was just feeling undisciplined is what it boils down to. I've been quite the emotional eater lately with all the stress at work- tiss, tiss. I had a philly cheese steak sandwich, french fries, and even a pop. Ouch! I don't even want to know the nutritional info on today's lunch.
My MetCon looked like this-
5 rounds
20 double unders
15 box (bench) jumps
10 kettlebell swings (30#)
Time = 14:14!
DOUBLE UNDER ACTION
BENCH JUMPS
KETTLEBELL SWINGS
