TGIF!
I didn't have the best day eating wise today. I had a soda- it was a diet soda but still. Then tonight we had Subway after our workout. We were both so tired and our workout was a tough one. I know I was good all week so it could have been worse than Subway I suppose. Here was tonight's workout-
1 deadlift - 190#
10 deadlifts - 145#
1 deadlift - 190#
20 deadlifts - 105#
1 deadlift - 190#30 deadlifts - 95#
It wasn't for time. You just keep going and rest when necessary.
I'm going to be making some changes to my blog layout. Please be patient while I move things around a bit.

Nice job on your workout. I could sure think of a lot of things worse than subway! Don't beat yourself up over it! Have a great weekend, girl!
