For starters, I had the PERFECT weekend in Philadelphia! I'm waiting for the girls to post the pictures, but here's one of them at least-

I'm not totally sure what's going on with my buggy eyes in this picture, but everyone else looks great! It was a laid back weekend and I kept telling everyone "I'm not going to Philly to see sights... I'm going to see my chicas." And see my girls I did!

But boy oh boy was I ever tiiiiirrrrred when I got home to AZ. The 3-hour time difference really threw me for a loop. I ended up going in late on Tuesday after a late flight back on Monday evening then went to bed early as well. Tonight was my first workout since Saturday when Lexi (above left) put us through a Body Combat workout which was awesome by the way!

Tonight I did 4 rounds of the following-
Max rep Ring push-ups
Max rep pull-ups
15 knees to elbow
250 meter row

Time = 17:35 or something around there

I was able to do 4 ring push-ups each round, which surprised me because I didn't think I'd be able to do even one. The pull-ups were tough- they were the first I've done in quite some time b/c of the home gym transition. We finally received our new pull-up bar and Michael was able to install it this weekend while I was away. It's been a few weeks since I've done a pull-up so tonight's workout really showed that. I did 4 pull-ups the first round, then 3 each round after that.

I've started using Google Reader for reading all of my blogs. I actually love it and probably read your blogs more than I did before. The only problem is that I don't comment as frequently but I can assure you- I'm still following along!

Until tomorrow,

A 3 hours time change is significant and adjusting back and forth would be tough! Glad you enjoyed your girl weekend!

I love using Google reader too. It makes it so much easier to get through everyone. It also means that when I comment it's a lot more thoughtful.

Glad you had a good weekend. You deserve it!
